Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped daily and orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day or after 2pm shipped the following business day. Shipping usually take approx 1-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order online. It is the full responsibility of the receiver to ensure someone is present at the specified delivery address as there will be no compensation by Wayne Ritchie's for lost or missing parcels.

Pre-order items: we cannot provide guaranteed shipping dates but pre-orders are given priority and will be shipped immediately the same day the goods arrive in our warehouse.

We endeavour to keep our online range as up-to-date as possible but if you cannot find what you're looking for, please Contact Us and we will do our best to find it for you.

RETURNS POLICY
Please return the item to us within 14 days of date of purchase and we will issue a refund or replacement. If an item does not fit or the wrong size is ordered it can be returned to us in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it or issue a refund. PLEASE NOTE: it is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping on items that do not fit or have been incorrectly ordered.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are offered at significantly discounted prices so please choose carefully as we WILL NOT accept exchanges or returns on sale items.

RETURNS PROCESS
1. Contact us on sales@kgbivy.com.au and explain the reasons for your return
2. Once you have received approval to return your item pack all items in a secure satchel or carton.
4. Affix a label to your package, but please DO NOT stick the label directly on to the item's original packaging or we will not accept the return.

5. Visit your local Post Office and send your parcel. For security reasons, we recommend using registered post as we will not be held responsible for lost returns.
6. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process your return in a timely manner.
7. Once it has been processed you will be emailed an order update to notify you of the outcome of your return.
8. If your return is approved, we will ship any exchanged items back to you free of charge.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or WILL NOT be accepted. Boxed/Packaged Goods: Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked box and in as new condition. When the boxed item is posted back, please ensure you pack the box inside a satchel, please do not stick anything directly on to the outside of the original box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition the exchange or refund may not be accepted.
