Shipping policy

Order by 2pm Mon-Fri to receive same-day dispatch of your order. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be shipped by 9am the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order online. It is the full responsibility of the receiver to ensure someone is present at the specified delivery address to accept the delivery as there will be no compensation issued for lost or missing parcels.

Pre-order items: we cannot provide guaranteed shipping dates but pre-orders are given priority and will be shipped immediately tonce the goods arrive in our warehouse.
